Dr Gredde's recommendations

Dr.Gredde is a doctor who has conducted the diet on herself and has been endorsing its use. She says that HCG is very delicate, and that alcohol destroys HCG. She also recommends that you use the same type of sterile water solvent that came with your HCG. Now we know that people have had great weight loss without switching from Bacteriostatic water to Bacteriostatic Sodium Chloride or to the Sodium Chloride water. I do know that salt (sodium) is a preservative, so it is safe to say that a Sodium water solvent will help the HCG remain potent longer than 30 days. Therefore, if you wanted to follow Dr. Gredde's recommendations then you need to know the type of solvent of solvent water that is going to arrive with your HCG(see our HCG solvent type list below). If you want the same type of solvent in your 30 or 42 day mixing kit you will need to specify ether Sodium Chloride or Bacteriostatic Sodium Chloride water when you place an order for our mixing kits. The checkout feature will allow you to post instructions to us in a comment box; by default, Bacteriostatic water is going to come with your kit. If you want Bacteriostatic Sodium Chloride or Sodium Chloride, instead of regular Bacteriostatic water then please post your preference of Sodium Chloride or Bacteriostatic Sodium Chloride in the check out procedure. The differences with these solvents are Bacteriostatic water contains .9 % benzyl alcohol. Sodium Chloride will contain .9% Sodium Chloride, and Bacteriostatic Sodium Chloride will contain .9% of benzyl alcohol and .9% of Sodium Chloride. They are added to the water for their preservative and anti-microbial qualities.

We will exchange the 30ML Bacteriostatic water only at the time when you place an order. Please specify Bacteriostatic Sodium Chloride or Sodium Chloride when placing mixing kit orders. Keep in mind that HCG never comes with enough mixing solution to perform the diet protocol. One package of HCG only comes with enough mixing solution for one big Shot; it comes that way because HCG is packaged for a single fertility injection. So if you intend to follow Dr Gredde's recommendations please know what type of water you need before ordering your mixing / injection kits and also note that sodium chloride only comes in 20ML containers. If you need 30 ML then specify Bacteriostatic Sodium Chloride when ordering your kit. 20ML give you enough solvent to mix and make 50 .4ML dosages at 200IU potency.

The Doctor also has some tips about how you should mix HCG. Do not inject a jet stream of the mixing solvent directly into the HCG container with the mixing syringe. she says to carefully push the syringe very slowly so that you just dribble the water on the solvent inside the HCG ampoule or vial. She is saying that the pressure from the stream of water from the syringe can cause it to foam up and possibly destroy the HCG. Never shake the HCG to mix it, always just swirl the liquid with your wrist to mix it.

This information will also apply to those who have used vodka or rum for mixing a Sublingual (oral under the tongue) HCG formula. If Alcohol does destroy HCG, than you should only use B-12 for the sublingual mixture and only reconstitute the HCG with 1ml of colloidal silver only.

In our opinion Bacteriostatic water is good for all brands of HCG and the other two types of water will help prolong the potency of mixed HCG so that it can be stored longer than 30 days with out losing its potency. If you going to follow Dr. Gredde's recommendation then you need to confirm what type of liquid came with your HCG and specify the type when ordering a injection/mixing kit. Bacteriostatic Sodium Chloride and Sodium Chloride water are now stocked and can be exchanged at the time of your order.
