Mixing HCG & HCG Dosages
Mixing procedure
and required supplies
Required: HCG, sterile 10cc or 30cc mixing vial, long needle mixing
syringe, 1cc dosage syringes, alcohol pads, 30cc bacteriostatic water.

STEP 1
Wash your hands with soap and water and
prepare a work area that is clean, you can
go the extra mile by disinfecting your work
area with Lysol.
STEP 2
Depending on the brand of HCG you have
you will ether remove the cap from the
HCG(Vial) then clean the rubber seal top
with alcohol pad, or if you have the glass
HCG ampoule; you will clean it with the
alcohol pad and then break the top off of it
by giving it a quick snap away from you. You
can use the wrapper of the alcohol pad to
protect your fingers when breaking the top
of the ampoule. Take the alcohol pad and
clean the rubber seal top of the
bacteriostatic water and the rubber seal top
on the sterile mixing vial. You will inject
the correct amount of solvent water into the
sterile mixing vial before mixing your hCG.
Note: hCG comes packaged with a
second vial of water solvent, Do not use this
solvent because it is not enough solvent to mix hCG for
dieting. You should only draw the mixing solvent from one source.
Use the water solvent that came with your injection kit.
Note: you need to keep the
pressures in the sealed vials neutral. If
you do not do this, it becomes difficult to
draw out fluids or enter fluids into sealed
vials
Example for drawing out a fluid:
(Add pressure) Pull back on the syringe
plunger to draw out an amount of air equal
to the volume in the syringe that will be
extracted and inject that same volume of air
into with the syringe into the vial before
you extract the liquid out, this keeps the
pressure in the mixing container equal.
Example for entering a fluid: (Add
vacuum) Push the retracted syringe in the
vial and create a vacuum by drawing back on
the syringe plunger to draw out an amount of
air equal to the amount of liquid that will
be injected. Draw out the same amount of air
before you attempt to fill the vial with a
liquid or you will be creating a lot of
pressure in the sealed vial which will make
it very hard to get the fluid in the vial if
you do not create a vacuum inside the vial
first. to draw or inject fluids.
STEP 3
You will use the large mixing syringe to
draw out the pre-determined amount of
bacteriostatic water or sodium chloride to
put in the mixture vial (see mixing formulas
at the bottom of this page to get your
amount and minus one ML for reconstituting
hCG). Do not touch the sides of the glass
mixing vial with the needle. After you have
added correct amount of bacteriostatic water
or sodium chloride to the mixing vial you
will then use the large mixing needle and
draw out only 1 cc (1.0 cc = 1.0 ml) of
bacteriostatic water or sodium chloride and
just dribble it slowly down the side of the
hCG ampoule/vial. Swirl the hCG ampoule/vial
very gently until the powder dissolves, do
not shake, it will dissolve completely. Then
use the mixing syringe to draw out the 1 ml
of reconstituted hCG from the ampoule/vial,
and inject it slowly (dribble it down the
side with out touching the glass with the
neddle) into the your mixing vial that
contains the bacteriostatic water or sodium
chloride , and then swirl gently with your
wrist. Example: 9 ML of bacteriostatic water
added to mixture vial then 1ML of
bacteriostatic water added to 5000IU HCG
ampoule then drawn out and added to the
mixing vial totaling 10 ML of HCG mixture
After you have mixed your hCG put
the vial in your refrigerator, some people
have used foil to protect it from light as
well. After mixing, it is good for 30 to 40
days. Do not mix more than you will use. You
can inject the amount you feel best suits,
just mix the hCG with the correct amount of
bacteriostatic water or sodium chloride and then adjust your injection amount to suit your dosage requirements.
How much hCG should
I inject?
Dr. Simeons dosage is 125 IU to 175 per
day
Kevin Trudeau book says 175 IU - 200 IU
Per day
Most people inject a dosage strength
of 150 IU to 175 IU per day, do not exceed
200
Where you start is your decision, if you
start with higher dosages it can make you
become immune to hCG faster. Most people
start between 150IU and175IU per day and
adjust up or down from there. Most people
will also skip one injection per week if
they know they will stay 42 days of the
diet.
Most will use a subcutaneous injection in
the belly in between the belt line and belly
button and alternate from side to side for
injections. This is an area works well for
no pain or sting because it is mostly fat
tissue.
Hunger is not normal with hCG and the
500 calorie diet
If you experiencing hunger after one week
of hCG treatments (and you think you did
load right) you can try increasing the
dosage by 25IU. If an increase of 25IU does
not help after 3 days then you can also try
going back and lowering your dosage by 25 IU
from your starting dosages. Never exceed
250IU. Some people have report they have
less hunger by lowering the dosage, but I
would think it is safe to say they started
with 175IU or higher. Also remember that
Doctors normally prescribe hCG for
fertility, and the dosage for fertility is
5000IU to 6500IU in one big intramuscular
injection. The hCG side effects people
report are based on these multiple high dose
injections not the small diet dosages which
are 32 times less potent (125IU to 200IU).
These dosage recommendations are not for
homeopathic hCG.
