It is our goal to provide quality products with excellent customer service. We have found the following conditions create a mutually beneficial relationship with our customers.

Needle sales

The purchaser is certifying that the syringes or needles being purchased are not being used to introduce any controlled or illegal substance into the human body. It is not legal to buy syringes in all states, if you cant provide us with a needle prescription I suggest that you order a sublingual kit if you live in one of these states-Connecticut, Delaware, Maine, and Massachusetts .

The states that currenlty require prescriptions for syringe sales are Connecticut, Delaware, Maine, and Massachusetts. I suggest you order a sublingual kit if you live in one of these states. If your doctor has provided you a prescription for syringes you can email it to us and we can complete the order.

Please order based on what your state allows because we cant break the law. We will void your order if your order comes from these states without a prescription from your doctor-Connecticut, Delaware, Maine,and Massachusetts.

Returns

For Health and Safety reason we dont accept returns or exchanges unless you have a defective shipment or its our mistake. This is to protect our customers, we will not resell products that are returned even if packaging has not been opened

If a product was defective from the manufacturer, or the wrong item was shipped, please contact us so we can work with you and find a friendly solution. Please do not send the item back to us without informing us of the situation. We fix our mistakes at our cost.

For health reasons syringes that have been opened will not be returnable.

All returns made to HCG Discount Supply must be accompanied by a ReturnMerchandise Authorization number (RMA number), to receive proper credit. If a product is returned without an RMA number the return may be refused and or a 15% restocking fee will be applied.

Any package that is refused by recipient before contacting HCG Discount Supply is subject to a 15% restocking fee, and will be charged for the return shipper fees.

Special Orders are NOT returnable!

HCG Discount Supplies does not pay for shipping when returning a product. For your protection when returning an item please use a method that is insured and can be tracked. If the product is damaged during shipment, HCG Discount Supplies is not responsible.

It is the recipient's responsibility, when returning an item, to ensure it is packaged well, so that it will arrive in good condition. Any damages from the shipper will be the recipient's responsibility.

Shipping charges are not refundable. NO EXCEPTIONS!

Any items that qualify for free shipping and are refused by the recipient will have the shipping charged to the recipients account. This includes the cost of the outgoing shipping and return shipping. NO EXCEPTIONS!

In order to initiate a return or if you have any questions please email sales at contact us page and a customer service representative will assist you with in 24 hours.

Cancellations

At HCG Discount Supplies we do our best to ship out your order the same day it is received. Because most of our packages ship the same day we cannot guarantee cancellations. If you have placed an order that you desire to cancel please email us immediately at contact us page 

If the product has not shipped we will proceed with the cancellation. If the product has shipped, you will need to receive the item and to set up an RMA, (see returns). If your item is on backorder cancellations are permitted, unless it is a Special Order item. All Special Orders CANNOT be cancelled.

Payments

Refunds are subject to verification of product receipt. Once the product has been received back and has been verified to be in a saleable condition, complete in original packaging, unused, and free from damage, a refund will be issued the same way as payment was received. For example, a credit card purchase will be refunded on the same credit card used to make payment, and checks and money orders will be refunded by check. Note that all returns take 5-7 business days for credit to be issued, and all check returns are paid within 10-15 business days after the return has been received and verified.

Lost packages

Lost packages are very rare; all orders are shipped with usps priority mail which allows tracking. If tracking confirms your delivery to your address please do not expect us to send you a free duplicate order without a full investigation by the post office. However if there is proof that your order has been lost by usps then we will do our best to work out a solution. We are not responsible for your package if you gave the wrong address, or if you left out vital address information when ordering, or if your package is stolen after it arrived on your door step or mail box. If your package is returned to us because you gave a bad address you will need to pay for shipping for resending it to the correct address.


Do You Price Match?

Yes, HCG Discount Supplies does price match under the following conditions. HCG Discount Supplies will price match if we have a verifiable web address that shows the item at a lower price. The company must be a valid company and not an auction or liquidation center. If it is a local business a valid phone number must be provided so that the price can be verified. HCG Discount Supply reserves the right to accept or deny a price match at our own discretion.

Do I Have To Pay Sales Tax?

HCG Discount Supplies is required by law to charge sales tax in Michigan. Please check with your local state government for policies and guidelines concerning sales tax in your state.
