HCG Oral or HCG injections, which method is better?

February 9, 2010

We get this question from time to time so I will address the question .We know most people are scared of needles and that is why people consider the oral method.

However most people are not aware how many varieties of syringes exist. Most people who conduct the hCG diet will do a subcutaneous (inject in fat tissue) injection. So for that reason we will not cover intramuscular Injection syringes.  So is a subcutaneous injection going to hurt?

The correct answer is no if you use the right insulin syringe with the proper injection technique. We like and sell the Kendal brand 28 gauge with a half inch needle.  Kendal is an American company that has designed their syringes for the consumer, the brand we sell are very popular with diabetics who demand comfort. So thus the brand is named Ultra-Comfort ® It features a electro polished lubricated stainless steel needle. We have tested this product and stand behind it. Once you have done one subcutaneous injection with a high quality insulin syringe you will be totally surprised on how easy and painless it really is, don’t believe me? Ask any diabetic what it like is to inject yourself with a good quality insulin syringe.

As the writer of this article I have personally have done the hCG Diet both ways. Injecting hCG with a small insulin syringe is the surest way of getting the right dosage. I started my hCG diet with the oral method because I thought why give myself injections if the sublingual method works. After three weeks of sublingual method I wanted to experience what the injection was like. I practiced holding the insulin syringe and got the technique of a quick jab down by practicing with an orange. I finally built up the nerve to give myself the subcutaneous injection in my belly fat between my belly button and waistline area. I was pleasantly surprised that I did not even feel the syringe enter my skin with the quick jab. I became a pro and finished the diet by taking injections. You can ask any diabetic about their first injections and I know they will share a similar intimidation story. After experiencing both methods I prefer injections because the oral method took more of my time and requires twice as much hCG. The oral method requires that you hold the mixture under your tongue for 5 to 15 minutes, trying to hold a tiny amount hCG liquid under your tongue still for 15 minutes was not that easy for me. I could never be sure if the hCG was still under my tongue after a minute,  my mouth became full of saliva after a couple minutes which made it harder, than I would wonder how much hCG  did I really absorb. Now that I have tried both ways I will always recommend the injection method over the oral method because I personally know it’s easy, painless and more precise. You will use half as much HCG compared to the oral method, and you have more dosage control with injections because you can adjust you daily dosage if you experience hunger. If you’re still scared of needles or if its not legal to purchase needles in your state with out a prescription than you should do the sublingual (oral) method. Sublingual does work; I lost 25lbs in my first 3 weeks doing sublingual hCG, but the oral method does require 2x the dosage of hCG and that you take it two times a day. That will take 30 to 40 minutes of your time each day compared to one simple fast injection in the morning. If you are going to do the oral method you can mix a real oral hCG solution yourself by using 5000IU of hCG 14ml of a B-12 sublingual complex and 1ml of colloidal silver.
